    POSITION OBJECTIVE:

    The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a clinic/aesthetics environment including but not limited to great organizational, communication and customer relations skills. Post-secondary education and current provincial licensing is required, but ability and willingness to learn is most important. The ideal candidate should convey a willingness to and interest in continuing to grow within the company in both responsibilities and roles. As a fast-growing company, we anticipate great opportunities for growth and development within our team.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Candidate must be aesthetician or medical aesthetician - experience is an asset

    Candidates MUST have experience in a clinic/spa or office environment.

    Management experience is an assist, but desire to learn and goal oriented is important

    Knowledge of products/brands, treatments and inventory management

    Possess computer literacy skills.

    Be self-motivated and able to work with authority and without supervision.

    Must enjoy sales and working directly with clients to ensure excellent customer service

    Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet occasional deadlines.

    Must be able to prioritize, multi-task and have creative problem solving skills.

  • POSITION: CLINIC EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR (40 hours/week)

    POSITION OBJECTIVE:

    The Clinic Experience Coordinator is a self-starter, patient-centered, and exhibits a strong ability to work in a team-based, fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for patients/clients who visit our clinic or contact us to learn about our services. Quality customer-service is very important. You will be our clinics ‘first impression’ and building friendly, trusting relationships with patients/clients is key!

    AREAS OF OVERSIGHT + RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The role of Clinic Experience Coordinator reports and works directly with the Director of Operations and President to maintain accurate and up-to-date systems. In their role, they are responsible for preparing and executing routine tasks, along with reviewing project updates on a regular basis.

    General Clinic opening and closing duties, other administrative and customer service support

    Greeting and check-in / check-out of clients, updating client profile and accepting payment.

    Checking in with clients via phone and email post-treatment(s)

    Review and follow up on phone/email messages and scheduling client appointments

    Managing and keeping payments reconciled, organized and up to date

    Optimize treatment schedule and coordination of team provider availability.

    Understand and enforce our company policies, terms and conditions

    Organize and prepare exam rooms and ensure each room is appropriately stocked with supplies.

    Ordering and management of clinic supplies and retail inventory

    Coordination of documents and equipment resources used by the clinic.

    Online Order fulfillment for ecommerce of retail products on DermaEnvy .com

    Provides support to troubleshoot issues with printers, computers, and phone systems.

    Maintain a clean, clinical working environment including clinic common areas.

    Results Driven with Weekly + Monthly KPI Goal Tracking with incentive opportunities

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    The ideal candidate for this position is an upbeat, friendly, detail-focused, tech savvy, extremely organized professional who loves helping people. Post-secondary education is an asset, but experience, ability and willingness to learn is most important. The ideal candidate should convey a willingness to and interest in continuing to grow within the company in both responsibilities and roles.     A hardworking, resourceful person with effective problem solving skills

    Outstanding communication and client rapport

    Previous medical aesthetics industry, retail, reception or managerial experience is an asset, but not required

    Knowledge of our services to providing patients/clients with information on products /cosmetic procedures

    De-escalate & resolve conflict with upset patient’s while remaining calm under stressful circumstances

    Must possess a professional demeanor and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    Must be able to prioritize, multi-task and have creative problem solving skills.

    Computer Proficiency is required, and knowledge of Zenoti, Google Docs/Sheets, Squarespace is an asset

    Primarily weekdays, but must have availability for occasional shifts on evenings and weekends
