Please note that this welcome gift is reserved exclusively for new clients and can only be applied during the account creation process. A specific referral field is available for entering the code when creating an account online. If the account is set up over the phone, the code must be provided at the time of creation. This is a referral code, not a coupon, and cannot be applied to existing accounts or current clients.


Referral Program FAQ

  • Our referral program allows you to share the love for DermaEnvy Skincare with your friends and family. When you refer someone new to DermaEnvy, they’ll receive a $25 credit toward their first treatment of $50 or more. As a thank-you, you’ll also receive a $25 credit for every successful referral!

  • Simply log into your DermaEnvy account by visiting dermaenvy.com and clicking Book Online, or through our DermaEnvy app. Click on your account and copy your unique referral code. Share the code with your friends and family. They can use the code when creating their account to claim their $25 credit.

  • Referrers: Any current DermaEnvy client with an active account is eligible to refer new clients and earn rewards.

    Referees: Only individuals who are new to DermaEnvy Skincare (i.e., have not visited any location or created an account before) are eligible to use a referral code.

  • Yes! The referral program spans all DermaEnvy Skincare clinics, so you can refer friends in any town with a DermaEnvy location.

    • For new clients: The $25 credit is applied to their account upon using a referral code during account creation. It can be redeemed toward their first treatment, provided the treatment is at regular price and is $50 or more.

    • For referrers: Once your friend completes their first treatment having met the requirements, your $25 credit will automatically be added to your account. Credits can be used on your next visit, or banked for up to 1 year.

  • If your friend forgets to use the referral code, they can contact our clinic before booking their first appointment. Our team can delete the existing account (provided no transactions have been made) and allow them to create a new one with the referral code. Once there is a transaction attached to the account profile, we cannot delete the account.

  • If a referred client’s first visit includes a consultation, they must have their treatment of over $50 on the same visit to redeem the $25 credit. If the credit is not used during the first visit, it becomes invalid.

  • Yes, the following restrictions apply:

    • Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be applied to retail products, gift cards, or other services.

    • Credits are only valid for treatments over $50 and must be used during the eligible visit.

    • Credits for referring clients will expire after 1 year.

  • No. Individuals who have an existing account or have previously visited any DermaEnvy clinic are not eligible to use a referral code.

  • There’s no limit! You can refer as many people as you’d like. Each successful referral earns you a $25 credit.

  • Yes! Feel free to share your code with friends and followers on social media. However, please ensure your referrals are genuine, as abuse of the program may result in disqualification.

  • If the referred client books over the phone, the referral code must be provided at the time of booking. Our administrative staff will apply it to the new client account during setup.

  • Yes, DermaEnvy Skincare reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program and its terms at any time without prior notice. For the latest terms, please visit our website.

  • We cannot double discount, so you can either use the $25 referral reward or the promotional discount.

    Please note: If you do not use your referral reward on your 1st visit, it becomes void once your 1st invoice is closed.
